The card is charged today, then on the renewal date shown and every 12 months after until canceled. The plan calendar snaps to the next Apr 1 or Oct 1 (never a past date); the renewal charge is 12 months after that anchor. Only check the box if the customer is under another company's plan and wants a later anchor — they still pay today.
